Bringing Structure to Complex Systems | Operations & Execution

“The best way to predict the future is to create it.” – Peter Drucker

My career hasn’t followed a straight line—but there’s been a consistent thread: figuring out how to bring order to complexity.

I started in administrative roles, where I developed a strong foundation in organization, communication, and execution under pressure. Over time, I became increasingly drawn to understanding systems—how data, processes, and people interact—and how to improve them.

That curiosity led me into analytics and operations, where I’ve worked across healthcare, e-commerce, and strategic initiatives. I’ve built frameworks, improved workflows, and supported decision-making by turning complex information into something usable and actionable.

More recently, I’ve been managing complex, high-stakes work independently, further strengthening my ability to handle ambiguity, coordinate multiple priorities, and maintain execution under constraint.

Across all of this, the focus has remained the same:
bringing structure to complex environments, aligning moving parts, and making sure execution actually happens.

Outside of my core work, I founded Nook & Bloom, a small creative business focused on crochet and needlepoint design. I develop original products, manage production workflows, and collaborate with independent artists, including expanding into tile-based and mixed-medium designs.

You can explore the work at nookandbloom.com.
