Most of my work sits at the intersection of systems, data, and execution.

I’m drawn to environments where there are a lot of moving parts, unclear priorities, and no obvious path forward—because that’s where structure matters most.

Across my experience, I’ve worked on everything from operational workflows in healthcare and e-commerce to independent, high-stakes projects that require managing competing priorities under pressure. The common thread is the same: breaking complex problems down, building systems to track what matters, and making sure execution actually happens.

Some of the posts here are technical—projects involving AI, data, or automation. Others are reflections on how I think about organizing work, improving processes, and navigating complexity.

This isn’t a collection of polished theories. It’s a record of how I approach real problems:

  • How to bring clarity to ambiguous situations
  • How to track and manage multiple workstreams
  • How to turn ideas into execution

If there’s a consistent theme, it’s this:
structure enables execution—and execution is what drives results.
